We want you to love your Morphe products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and meet our hygiene standards for cosmetic returns.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original Morphe packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your packing slip.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
